It was hot out but I had nice ride parallel to I-80 on the frontage/access roads. As long as you remember to look to the right instead of focusing on the interstate, there are some nice sights to see along that route as well.

Easy Sunday Spin
For the most part, this was a nice mellow ride. I tried to keep from pushing it too hard at all.
I stuck to my plan to stay within a certain HR range with only a couple of exceptions during climbs.
It was hot out but I had nice ride parallel to I-80 on the frontage/access roads. As long as you remember to look to the right instead of focusing on the interstate, there are some nice sights to see along that route as well.
