I logged another 1/2 hour of saddle time tonight. I had not thought much about riding today because I was in the kitchen at 5:30 this morning and was feeling too tired to muster the motivation to ride. However, when I went online and over to steephill.tv and watched the highlights of Stage 3 of Vuelta a España, I almost had my whole kit on by the end of the 4 minute video clip. I made good time for the most part.
Tonight was not my best performance; but I am much closer to where I was at my best last year.
