V02 Minimum

Tonight I did a late training ride.  After a 20 minute warm-up, I did 12x30 VO2 builder sprinting intervals, albeit a very tired and weak attempt at them.

I admit it, my sprints (for the most part) left much to be desired.  As weak as they were, I did all 12 of them which is more than I thought I would get done considering I have been up since before 5.00 this morning.

Besides, all was not lost - I did puke a little after a couple of them,  so I did them right at least twice.
