I had a great ride. I just pushed when I wanted to, and spun along with minimal effort when I wanted to with no focus on averages or anything else.
I thought about throwing in an attack on the hill from Penryn Rd up to Valencia Club, but decided it would be pointless since I would be battling a headwind, and I didn't want to do the work, so I just spun up. I made the same choice for Ophir Rd from Wise up into Old Town.
It is good to just ride for the sake of riding and I need to do so more often.
